Noelle competed in her first Taekwondo tournament on Saturday, and she won gold for her division! I am SO proud. She was absolutely beaming, as you can see from these pictures.

Did she win in the fighting or forms competition? Seth loved martial arts, except the fighting part :) He won third in state in forms right before he quit.
Aola, this was forms. She has not done sparring yet.
Ahh sparing is the best part!!
Forms were my toughest part...mainly because my brain is to old to remember all those steps. But fighting...yeah bring it on!

I love to watch them do forms, they are so beautiful. I miss going to competitions.
Noelle wants to do sparring, but that's another class and I'm afraid her grades will suffer. Maybe next year. Yea, I wouldn't be able to remember those forms either!
