I've missed you, but didn't want to stalk you~!
My sugar bush trip got cancelled this weekend. So I am stuck at home, upgrading my web site, shoveling. And shoveling. And shoveling. 1.5 feet of snow today, more tonight.
I have been doing Pilates though....it seems to be counteracting the lower back pain brought on from, you know...shoveling....
I think Pilates is a little daemon from the pantheon of the damned. Targets the abs....
But darn it all, it works!
I'll have to post some cartoons on my web site to put a grin back on your puss.
